III. Account types: We offer a free account with limited functionality (“Free Account”) and various feature-enhanced paid plans (“Paid Plans”).
2. Vizaro as a Venue
Vizaro provides a platform to create and share gamified marketing content. We are not responsible for user-generated content or interactions. You agree that Vizaro acts as a venue and is not liable for the quality, legality, or reliability of user-contributed content.
3. Licenses
Vizaro grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform under these Terms. You grant Vizaro a royalty-free license to use your logo for promotional purposes. You agree not to misuse the Platform or violate any applicable law.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and seated in Bangalore, India.
11. Term and Termination
These Terms remain effective until you or Vizaro terminate your subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing cycle.
Immediate termination may occur in case of breach of these Terms.
12. Refunds and Payments
If you cancel, future payments will stop, but no refunds will be issued for amounts already paid once the service has commenced.
